Hola com-padres and welcome to my site! My name is Ryan Bricker, but we won’t get into my backstory now, if you would like more info on that visit the About Me section of the website. I created this site because I am passionate about food and cooking. Nailing the perfect sear on a protein of crafting the perfect sauce to drizzle over a dish, those are the moments I love. They get me hyped up and I start beating the customary towel I carry over my shoulder on the counter-top like it owes me money. Probably a strange practice, but moving on.

This site was created to showcase the culinary scene that is growing in the Blue Water Area. I am excited to be able to give consumers a guide on what place do things fundamentally well and what places are exceptional in the crafting of their dishes.My goal is to shine a spotlight on a local culinary scene that I feel deserves more praise in certain areas, and deserves higher critiques in others. Ultimately I want to contribute to the local restaurants and be able to provide some recognition to places that do things real well and in doing so, promote local restaurateurs to craft their products in new and exciting ways thanks to feedback from consumers.

I will also be sprinkling a recipe or two here and there as I have time to create posts on them and will be showcasing some delicious recipes both savory and sweet that are favorites of mine. I hope that you will join me on this journey as I strive to provide insight and feedback to consumers on which restaurants and recipes they will enjoy.
